Sharon was a wonderful host. The property was very clean and well-stocked in the bathroom, for example. The breakfast offering was lovely, both cooked and cold. We felt very taken care of. Convenient walk from the station.

We stayed here for a short break of two days, but would love to come again on a longer trip. Car parking was not in the front of the property, but round the back, but this was no problem to us, as it was only a very short walk to get to the entrance of the house.The house was clean and tidy, and the proprietors were very pleasant, and I'm sure would have tried their utmost to help if there were any issues. Our breakfast was unfaultable and set us up for the day. The menu was varied, so if you only wanted an egg, you could have one, but if you wanted a full, big breakfast that was available too, and my husband thoroughly enjoyed this! The host and hostess were very friendly and pleasant, but not in a pushy way. We hope many other people will find this place as nice as we did. It made our trip to Bournemouth most pleasant. .

Excellent location; met with a warm welcome; room and bath were sufficiently large, clean, quiet, and very comfortable; breakfasts were more than ample and delicious. Our hosts were very friendly and personable. Only negative was there was no shower in our bathroom, just a tub bath.

It was a very nice stay. Sharon and Neal were great hosts. Made recommendations and helped with taxis. Breakfast was super. Would stay again.

Sharon & Neil are amazing people and the place itself is so wonderful. Right on the sea front, easy to find, easy parking, Sharon cooks a top notch English breakfast, the mattresses are insane (we want to buy one), Teddy (the dog) is very well behaved and delightful and all in all can’t recommend the place enough. The rooms are very well heated and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. Whether it’s a business trip, romantic weekend away or a place to stay with a friend it is the best place you can hope to stay in Eastbourne. We will be returning as soon as we can.
