Lovely friendly hosts. Enjoyed our lemon drizzle cake on arrival. Room was very nice, very clean and a lovely comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was outstanding, full english. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay there again if we were to visit Eastbourne.

"Most wonderful stay"

Had a fabulous two night stay. Room was spotless and comfortable. A warm welcome and a slice of cake on arrival. All you could want in the room and the most beautiful breakfast. Couldn’t recommend it any more.

We we're welcomed by Jon (and a slice of lemon drizzle) and felt at ease straight away. He was very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here if you travel to Eastbourne
