"I would not reccomend for any person with a disability very poor."

I Am disabled my son was with and took Vidio of me strugelling to get up the stairs, when I Booked the hotelI asked for a ground Floor room I received a message that my request was confirmed, on arriving at the Bruce Hotel and asked about the ground floor room I was told tthe hotel does not Have ground floor rooms and no lift, it was the most painfull hotel that i hav ever staded in.

"Perfect for a stopover"

Friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed, toiletries provided, towels fluffy and thick, everything spotlessly clean in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
