Everything about Trigony is perfect for us, this is our 3rd year for an overnight stay. The food and service are exceptional and we always feel welcome and comfortable 😀

"A pleasant hotel but guest experience could be improved."

Breakfast was excellent, the quality and presentation was superb. The evening meal was very good. Fluffy towels, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The home made shortbread was the best!

Having to choose two or three courses at dinner instead of just one feels like you are forced to choose more food than necessary or one course becomes expensive. Lack of guest information folder in room and it felt intrusive to ring a bell to find a member of staff. Having to choose what time you arrive for breakfast makes this a very formal and less relaxing guest experience. The dining / breakfast room for people with dogs is quite austere with hard floors, no rugs and it feels like you are in a side room out of the way which was very different to the main restaurant which had a much warmer and comfortable feel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and all the food, (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and top quality. We also enjoyed the garden spa facilities.

Mostly we had a very comfy and enjoyable stay, although the hotel and room did show signs of tireness in the decor here and there.
