It was located very close to airport and town centre It was bright excellent facilities big room was immaculately cleaned Most staff were courteous and knowledgeable and helpful A particular mention to Mariam in the Moroccan restaurant and the male reception staff who welcomed me the first day and bid me goodbye on the last. I am sorry I am so bad at remembering names

The only reason I gave this hotel a 9/10 was because on the last day of my trip the male staff at reception who worked the day shift was rude and was supposed to book me a taxi and assured me it was done but at 6pm when I was leaving no taxi was booked To the rescue my favourite reception staff who was on the late shift who reassured me and got me a taxi

Pool was good, bar area and restaurant were really good. Staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful.

Felt lift was a bit tight and stairs/ corridors to room were a bit outdated or very dark. Apart from that, it is the only thing knocking it down from being a 10/ 10. Gym could be refurbished too.
