Park House Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Park House Hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area and access local attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, which made my stay even more enjoyable. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional staff. I would especially like to thank Milda at reception, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, including arranging taxis, answering all my questions, and providing helpful recommendations throughout my stay. Milda's warm attitude, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help made me feel valued as a guest. Her outstanding customer service significantly enhanced my experience at the hotel and made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Park House Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel in a great location with excellent service. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Milda, for making my stay so pleasant.

There were only a few minor points that could be improved. The room only had British-style power sockets, and as an international traveler with European plugs, I found it difficult to charge my devices. It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide USB charging ports or universal adapters in the rooms, as many hotels do nowadays. I also found that the shower water could have been a little warmer at times, and the room lighting was somewhat dim for my preference. However, these were minor issues and did not take away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Room very old fashioned and tired, needs refurb. TV signal no good kept loosing signal. No swimming pool as advertised, website needs updating. Couldn't close window in room.

Nice location in shifnal, spacious room and big communal areas.

Some of it is a little worn in places, carpets on stairs threadbare, toilet roll holder fell apart, windows hard to open, but period features due to the age of the building.

Staff were accommodating at the reception.

No fridge in the rooms.
