"Great hotel, lovely dining room and breakfast. Very quiet and family friendly. Would stay again."

Owners were lovely and very welcoming. Nice room with tea/coffee facilities in room, very comfy beds, rooms perfect temperature and lovely big white towels. Tram stop a one minute walk away. Hotel secured with fob entry.

The bathroom was tiny and no hooks or surface to put clothes and toiletries on. Free on street parking, but a hit or a miss. Family rooms on the top floor up two flights stairs, one flight being very steep.

"Was lovely weekend"

There was a fan in the room if we got too hot we had kettle in the room it wasn’t too bad but had a smell in there but the towels smelt lovely and clean and fresh the couple who own it are such lovely people and they do offer disabled facilities the breakfast is included and is lovely a choice of fruit cereal and fruit juices with. Tea or coffee the breakfast you can choose extras to add we were all so full we could come and go as we pleased with our own room key and front door fob

The property itself very dated and a bit smelly not very clean and the shower none of us managed after the first night of 4 of us trying it was hot cold hot cold and never stayed warm enough for a propper shower beds wet ok but pillows like concrete and lumpy duvet so thin we were freezing the first night

The breakfast was outstanding and plenty on offer...a real gut buster....maybe location was little further north than we anticipated in our 60s.....however not a long walk for younger generations to the start of the prom.

Nothing....all we could have asked for.

"The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and really good value for money."

The breakfast was really nice, there was a good selection on the menu and the staff were very accommodating, especially for the children.

We were a larger group and it would have been nice to have been sat together for breakfast. There was only 1 bigger table that we could see and on both occasions it was taken by a smaller group.
