Family business with 4th generation. Very friendly staff. Pamela was absolutely going an extra mile for my mum and us. Like an AI in a human body. We loved her! Alan the owner was also great with communication and adjusting check in time for late hours.

El personal fue 10/10, la amabilidad y el cariño con el que te tratan es increíble, nos ayudaron en todo al vernos perdidas con el inglés, nos enseñaron a dónde podríamos ir y comer, nos dieron mapas y todo lo que necesitábamos. Fue maravilloso

El alojamiento es super cómodo y acogedor, la cama súper cómoda no querrás levantarte de allí, tiene cada habitación una neverita y para hacer café, toallas y todo lo que necesites. Increíble

You get better value for spacious,clean relaxing stay,free parking,free dogs, central for Boscombe beach or shopping,short drive or taxi into Bournemouth .Great friendly informative hotel personnel that you don't get elsewhere

Can't expect extra for what you pay

Very friendly staff, willing to offer lots of local information. Although the hotel building was slightly old but they have maintained it exceptionally well -very clean.

There was amazing person at reception,unfortunately I don't remember his name but he made me feel very welcome and I was feeling very safe and accomadating. I where there in very difficult time for me and he was very helpful,warm and that really made my stay there...plus I was able to rest which was my priority at that time.
