Denewood Hotel

Great location. Friendly helpful staff.

Basic but what is says

- Staff were friendly and approachable. - Room was great and very quiet, couldn't hear any dogs that were staying. - A microwave, toaster, and bowls with wooden cutlery are available in the lounge for guest use. - It was nice to be greeted when I arrived back at the hotel during the night. - Bed was great, slightly creaky at times due to springs, but no complaints. - Strong WiFi signal that was consistent. - Dog friendly for those with dogs (they even have treats). - Parking was available. - Toilet in entrance also available. - Would very much stay again!

- Didn't mind but for other travelers, stairs are a bit steep (I think it is a converted townhouse). - Shower handle icons were opposite (so the smaller showerhead had to be turned in the direction for the bigger showerhead and vice versa). - No plug point next to the bed. - As it is in Boscombe, do your research of the area, and be prepared to take multiple buses to get to places (only one though if you are going into the city centre). Honestly, these are just considerations to be aware of, and not actual complaints. The rooms could vary and this is my experience of only one room. I'd happily stay in the same room again without any changes.

The view from our room was lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect for us

The amount of stairs I had to climb can't be helped but still not ideal when you have bad knees. Bed was a bit uncomfortable

Although somewhat tired in terms of decor and upkeep we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as they were so very welcoming and extremely dog friendly. We had a lovely large room that was very clean. It suited us that they did not provide food. Access to a microwave and cutlery and crockery was an excellent idea and the fridge in the room was very useful. The location is so easy to walk to the beach and there are places very local to eat.

Didn't have breakfast was not available.but did have microwave and toaster for us to use .which was a bonus.nice big room.

Can't find anything I didn't like was as I imagined
