"Excellent accommodation, ideally placed and very welcoming."

Lovely room, very comfortable and well equipped. Adam very welcoming and went that extra mile to make our stay happy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend. Very close to the beach and to the town centre. Ideal! Any time we’re back in that area will definitely stay there.

The bathroom smells very damp and the bedroom was very cold at night and there was no extra bedding Would like to of had the option of breakfast there was a restaurant but nothing coming out that’s a shame had to walk a long way to have a good breakfast

sehr geräumiges Zimmer, großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, innen gepflegt, gute Lage zum Boscombe Pier und Sovereign Einkaufszentrum inkl. Geschäftsstrasse. fußläufig alles binnen weniger Minuten erreichbar. sehr gute Gastro Tipps, herzliches Personal, v.a. am WE, würde wieder dort buchen. Keine Nebenkosten für Hund oder Parken. Strandhandtücher für Hunde direkt am Eingang. Minikühlschrank im Zimmer inkl. Tee/Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit, TV und plüschige Sessel/Sofas in Lobby mit Mikrowelle

Internet hakt manchmal. Es wirkt von außen in die Jahre gekommen, aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit machen alles wett.

Location is perfect , 5 min walk to Boscombe beach and around 20 min walk along the beachfront to Bournemouth pier. The welcome was exceptional , very friendly lovely guy who explained location and where restaurants etc were. Had a fab size room and the bed was so comfy!! And lovely and clean. Even have plates microwave in lounge area for any takeout food u bring back. Great touch x
