The smell, the bed was squeaky , we left and didn’t stay. The reviews are all lies I promise it was disgusting

Very dog friendly and close to sea. Great for parking. Comfortable and great size rooms. Good walking places for the dog 2 minutes away. Staff really friendly and helpful

Pam was super lovely and very welcoming :-). There were treats for dogs provided and poop bags. Some sweets for kids. Bathroom and room itself were clean , there was a mini fridge and kettle in the room.

We have booked last minute , so I did not read the negative reviews prior booking. There was no AC in the room , only a fun and we were on the top floor , so it was impossible to sleep due to the heat. Bed mattress was hard , so I guess it is ok if you like it.There is no lift , so it was hard to take suitcases 3 floors up. Carpet had a burn marks from the iron and looked very old.

Had a lovely stay at Denewood Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great for exploring Bournemouth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

"Home from home"

Our second visit, and once again a wonderful, relaxed break in a traditional hotel with the lovely Pam and Alan who always offer a warm welcome, and ensure we are comfortable. It’s our ‘Go to’ for the area and we will be repeat guests as a lovely beach, eateries and everything you could need locally. Thanks for another great stay!
