Love this hotel in Orkney
Clean & basic but comfortable. Street parking free after 5pm - 9 am nearby. Stairs & lift available. Had dinner in pub after a couple of beers and was good. Barmaid Anita brilliant!
Property is fine for a short stay in Kirkwall. Limited vegetarian options for food.

Spacious room, and an ideal hub for our holiday. Slightly off the main routes, but convenient for harbour, information centre, bus station, etc The main restaurant was fully booked on our first evening, but the bar area could accomodate us and had the same menu. Friendly staff and a good choice of food, so we went back there throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
Had a nice stay
Lovely room & ensuite bathroom. I enjoyed my evening meal and breakfast- food was very good. Staff were friendly and pleasant and very very helpful. On the day i was leaving, i was able to return and shower after parkrun , even though this was after check out time.I really appreciated this as meant i was clean fir my last day of tiuring in orkney. Id be very pleased to return.
The location can’t be beat! Our window was right above the entrance to the pub and did get a bit noisy. The bathroom was good and the bed was okay.
This hotel is clean and comfortable. There are no reception staff so its not welcoming. Its under staffed and staff need more training on how to welcome people especially at breakfast. The staff they do have are very nice. Over priced
