The coffee machine didn’t work, shower was a sit in the bath so hard to use, lights on shower didn’t work Breakfast was ok

Lovely property. Great breakfast. Great owner and staff. Great location for Bridlington ,Filey, Scarborough. Quiet location.

Nothing of note

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There were a variety of choices for breakfast and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast - they accommodated me being veggie and asking for beans although it was not on the menu. Sadly brought fried rather than poached eggs, but we didn’t mention it at the time as staff had been so good to us already. Loved the coffee, Definitely recommend!

Small room . 1 bedside table for double bed . 1 poor bedside lamp . Hot water supply was erratic .. . Lack of towel rail in bathroom

No hot water! Breakfast really greasy!

Lovely tea room on arrival. Clean and comfortable stay with a friendly welcome.

A kettle in the room would have been nice but otherwise lovely.
