the room spotless. it was on top floor with a very large bay window overlooking the the beach. breakfast was made freshly made and good quality, owners very welcoming and friendly.

The rooms and community areas were very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was superb. Plenty of variety for all.

The hotel was in a good location between Morecambe and Heysham. The staff were helpful and great knowledge of the area and things to do, and the breakfast was great. Breakfast was a choice of cereals or cooked breakfast. We had a cooked full English and it was spot on. It was cooked fresh and the food was locally sourced. Staff were great and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy, had a great nights sleep. Great value for money. Perfect if you are looking for just somewhere to stay for a night and a breakfast. Would highly recommend.
