"Great location and nice also clean rooms"

9.0

Excellent location and easy check in, great location to the main sites and sounds of Brighton. The hotel staff were lovely

The £15 for an earlier check in is steep and should be optional for people

"Friendly, spacious and central"

8.0

Spacious room, nice extras like ear plugs, snacks and air conditioning unit. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Noisy, but to be expected when you are on the doorstep of the action. No breakfast but some great options available near by - Red Roaster was exceptional.

"Lovely hotel but found it too complicated. I’m a hello sir, here’s your key person."

Location and room

While I understand that not having staff is cost effective, having to look through my phone with my rubbish eye sight trying to find access codes and details on how to check in and out was annoying especially as I received 7/8 messages once I had booked which were all very long but some had minor details like the access code. I spent around an hour looking at the device I was trying to get away from and I’m reasonably tech savvy, my mum would have had a meltdown

"Nice room close to the beach and city center"

8.0

Spacious room, felt luxurious. Good facilities. Clean and close to the city center and beach. Recommended.

Check-out time of 10AM on Saturday morning is rather early. And once you booked a room, you'll get at least 10 automatically generated mails; that is a bit much.

"Airy, bright and spacious room in a boutique Hotel"

10.0

A very comfortable stay in the cultural & independent business area of Brighton, including local cafes and restaurants. With the premium room we booked, it was nice to have a small fridge, coffee machine and kettle in the room, with an array of tea, coffee bags/pods and some complimentary snacks to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, light and spacious with tasteful mood lighting and decor. The dual sinks were a nice feature for us as a couple and the shower was powerful yet eco. The staff we met were friendly and accommodating and we were shown the ‘techy’ check-in and door entry system upon arrival, which was easy to fathom once we knew what to do. Positionally, the hotel is a very short walk to the seafront, Sea-Life centre and Pier, making it ideally placed for those wanting to explore the beach area and tourist attractions. Enjoyable walks, or take the nearby electric railway, towards the marina area, or stroll into town. We would thoroughly recommend a stay at Nineteen and would re-book on another visit to Brighton.

"Fab stay but should say in the details of the hotel that no guests are allowed whats so ever"

10.0

Central location perfect for what I needed

Here for pride now I understand that the hotel didn’t want to be used as a knocking shop but you couldn’t take anyone back not even friends in other hotel out of the street party in fear of being fined or evicted, if this as in the description I certainly would have contemplated booking this hotel
