As l came by train it was perfectly located. It was everything l wanted, quiet, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was excellent served by Rob and Belinda who were really pleasant. I would have no hesitation in booking again if I'm down in Penzance in the future. I think I've covered everything.

A small thing which wouldn't change my decision to book again, the outlook from my window wasn't particularly attractive.

I chose it because of location as I was only staying in the town for a day and a night. It was perfect for the station, bus station and sea front. I rang in advance to ask if they could store our luggage in advance of checking in? The lady of the house was brilliant and agreed and also gave us our room key . This was at 7.30 in the morning?

My only fault if any but is very small is that the toilet was facing a wall in the bathroom, about a foot away. I am a tall person and have Rheumatoid arthritis and to bend down in such a confined space was a little difficult. I managed however and as I say it was a small fault if any.

Very well located just behind the railway station. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

The room overlooked a busy road so we needed to keep the windows closed overnight but there was a ceiling fan in the room that meant it didn’t get too stuffy

The owners where very helpful and friendly

Mysigt litet B&B som ligger mycket bra beläget precis bakom järnvägsstationen. Mycket trevligt värdpar. God frukost. Välstädat rum.

Luftkontioneringen i rummet (taklampa med luftkonditionering i ett) som lät väldigt mycket. Vi valde att ha fönstret öppet istället, men det blev varmt i rummet och mycket ljud från trafiken på gatan nedanför. Doft av stekos upp på rummet på morgonen.
