Breakfast was really good for the both mornings I was there with a good choice. The host was happy and very helpful. The location was in a great location for town, bus and train station.

The one thing that could have been better was the electric shower as it was cold or too hot to get under.

Great location right next to railway station, bus station and parking. Small and comfortable independent B&B hotel with all basic facilities. Friendly fuss-free and personal service, great breakfast included in the price.

Clean & quiet, friendly host, single room small but adequate, very good position for station, pubs & shops.

We arrived one hour earlier than planned but this was not a problem. Had to park in a pay and display carpark but it was only a 5 minute walk away so good location. Hot water Breakfast was good

We had a family room and it was in two parts. The one with the double bed in was a little bit crammed in. Bathroom was very small so was a struggle getting into shower. Bath towels were small.

Breakfast was OK and good location for travel to and from Isles of scilly

Friendly staff and cooked breakfast by Rob was good - though choice more limited than other B&Bs on our trip.
