The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the gardens is lovely, it has a comfortable lounge and the bedroom was very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and we were offered top ups of coffee and toast.

Couldn't fault it in any way.

Very welcoming hosts. Comfortable bed. Clean crisp sheets. Room 5 had a lovely view of the garden which looked pleasant to sit in, if I'd had time. The building was filled with charm and character. There was also a bar for residents and a lounge. The full English breakfast was nicely cooked. All in all, a very delightful stay. I will be back again I'm sure, when I'm doing more house hunting in this charming Devon town. There is also insight parking which is a massive bonus.
