Excellent service, excellent breakfast, very clean and quiet room

Ceilings too low, kept banging my head and difficult to get a shower. I am 6 ft 3ins so would be fine for a person of average height

Donna and Steve where charming hosts and helped with our questions about the area. The room was excellent, and the town of Colyton is close by to the area that we wanted to visit (Beer). I would whole heartedly recommend the White Cottage to anyone considering this area of south Devon. We will be booking again for multiple visits in 2026. Before we booked, we didn't realise the Colyton Carnival was on the same weekend. It was a wonderful event to see. We were really made to feel at home in the White Cottage. Breakfast was superb and the onsite bar for guests to mingle was a bonus. Wi-Fi was easy to access with no drop out of performance despite being fully booked. Beautiful garden to relax in and off-road parking for the owners and the guests was a major selling point for us.

Nothing. Its a superb place to stay in South Devon.
