Very helpful and attentive staff. Good location. Room Decor fresh and clean. Good value for money

Bathroom needs a little more attention to cleanliness. Shower Drain partially blocked with hair and muck. Shower basket rusty. Sink pop up plug gets stuck. Light not working above shower. Fan not working although they did attempt to fix it without success. Other than this the bathrooms were clean and modern. Bedroom quilt covers both grubby & need washing. Real butter should be offered with breakfast and not spreads. It would be nice to see the front Garden looking like the photos rather than neglected.

Breakfast was good and location was ideal for access to sea front and Lotto train which I used must days to save walking further along seafront.

Lovely location slighty away from the main area, boasting lovely views towards the grand pier and coast. On sight parking and free WIFI. We were greeted by Adam who checked us in and shown us to our room, #103 I beleive. Wow what a great size, bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep, cute outside balcony seting area to soak up rays or people watch. Bathroom was nicely set out with a walk in shower and HOT water!!! Breakfast was served fresh and tasty, along with juice, tea or coffee all of which were generously topped up as required. All round a good place.

A little back ground music in the dining and communial areas would be a nice touch.

Check in and check out was really easy, the view from our rooms was fantastic - we looked right onto the seafront. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and spacious. I liked the interior design - it was tastfully decorated. Staff were courteous and helpful- they cooked breakfast from scratch and it was very tasty.
