Beamsley Lodge B&B

On arrival, i was met with polite staff who were very helpful, i found the property was extremely clean and pleasantly decorated.. My room was extremely clean. and was exactly what I needed. The quality of the breakfast was very good with just the right portions of food with a list of choices.

Room was relatively good and well appointed

Breakfast was poorly organised (long wait even for a cup of tea) and well below average. Bathroom cleanliness was poor. The shower cut out when others in the property had the water on.

The bed was clean and comgortable

Breakfast was v poor, lacked choice, no fruit no YOGURT full english or full.english was the only choice. Ingredients were the cheapest quality available. Timing was poor and service v slow. Everyone arrived down for 08.30 and then we waited for 20.mins just to get our coffee

The staff were very friendly, the room was a good size, good tv, coffee making, hairdryer etc

A bit far to walk, but I did get lots of steps in

The location to the sea was perfect and we had a great view. The room was comfortable but far too expensive for what it was. Thank you Adam for being a great host and trying to sort out a few issues we had. Very comfortable bed and the room has a fridge. Our stay was very quiet.

Even though my stay was comfortable I think people should know that all the good reviews about Allison and Dave are about the old owners, Booking.com should not allow B&Bs to use old templates with other people's names to lure customers to book. Would like to give some advice to make people's stays better, please clean the shower screens and replace shower heads as they don't work efficiently. Balcony rails could do with a good clean and take out the pointless coffee machine if you're not going to provide a few coffee pods, also a few more hangers in the wardrobe would be appreciated.

Location is good quite area even tho near a main road no noise. Quite in the accommodation everything you could need available in rooms

Outside balcony areas could be a little more updated I need of attention

Very relaxing quiet B & B wit an Excellent cooked breakfast. A good area away from the town on the sea front. Pier around 0.7 miles and town centre around 1 mile away. The Bus stop just outside B & B so easy to catch if you don’t want to walk into the town.
