No complaints, cheap, clean, nice breakfast, 10 min walk to Minster.

At the price they charge nothing to dislike. Maybe supply shower gel but not really an issue

lovely warm room and a very comfortable bed. the biggest breakfast we have had in a long time. piping hot and delicious. ideally situated for a walk into the city only 10 minutes away

Good location, cosy room, good size, good facilities. Parking. Comfortable beds. Great Bluetooth mirror in bathroom.

Water marks from a leak on the roof and down the wall which did not affect stay but made the room seem uncared for. Easy to cover up.

Location is good. Under 15 minutes to the centre of York. Comfy bed + small desk/dressing table. Free wifi. Place was clean and well looked after. Parking space was a real bonus. Very reasonably priced. I was in a single room on the second floor but that was OK for me.

Bathroom was a little cramped, but I'd rather have a slightly small ensuite bathroom than a shared one, so its not that big a deal..

Was cold in room when heating went off early morning and evening as cannot regulate yourself Fridge was a little noisy

Good location, comfortable, good full english breakfast.

Heating was poor.
