The room had everything we needed including a fridge which was an added bonus that you don’t often get in a hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were also friendly. The room was ideal for our purposes on a 3 night stay with just a 10 minute walk into town. Free parking was also a deciding factor when we chose the property

It would have been nice to have had another small table as the fridge took up most of the table surface. It would also be great if the coffee cups were bigger! These are only minor observations :)

We stayed for 1 night it was close to the hospital where my husband was. Staff was very helpful during my stay.

The breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. Overall our stay was very good

"Nice staff, clean room and bathroom, fast WI-FI and safe free parking."

Everything overall was good. A clean room and private bathroom. Haven't bought the breakfast I had at work, so I can't comment on it, but the dining room looks comfortable and clean. Easy communication with staff, easy access to Gesthouse with free WI-FI and safe free car parking. I wiil definitely use Park View Guesthouse in the future when I visit York for work or as a tourist alone or with family. Thank you.

The bathroom is small.
