Great location. Great breakfast Good view. Room lovely and warm. Facilities satisfactory.

Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Could do with a New mattress Room was small. Bathroom needs updating. Shower tray and mat old and discoloured.

Location is ideal for all things to do in Blackpool, very friendly and helpful owners.

The room I stayed in could do with a little bit of modernisation, especially in the shower / toilet block.
