The friendliness of Brian,Paula and his family. It was very clean and welcoming,the breakfast was delicious would definitely recommend and we will be returning that's for definite 👍 😋

Breakfast was fantastic, hosts were friendly, hospitable and helpful. Hotel decor for halloween added to our stay for our little one! Couldn't fault our stay will definitely book again!

Third time we have been here never once disappointed nice clean hotel very friendly welcoming hosts top notch staff nice big breakfast in the morning sea view room could not ask for more excellent base for exploring Blackpool

No complaints at all everything was spot on
