Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark by IHG

My husband and I stayed a night. The first room had red food stains all over the comforter and it looked like dog hair in the sheets. There was weird stuff splattered on the blinds as well, but assuming it was just due to its age? The couch also had stains and it just genuinely didn’t seem clean. The front desk lady was extremely kind and gave us a new room with no issues. We found some stains in the next room but I guess not as bad as the next. What really grossed me out was in the 2nd room the towels were so gross. It had yellow stains ALL over it. We never complain but this felt like something the hotel should know, I hope it gets better!

I liked that the floors weren't carpet. Extra pillows were nice.

The bathroom had only shampoo, the toilet made a loud noise when flushing. The water pressure was not good, and the sink got water everywhere when you turn it on because of that. The pool area gave me a rash, I wondered if maybe it was the chlorine, it was very strong.

Property was clean and close to restaurants and shopping.

Waterpark was closed until 4. Once we got into the water park there was minimal seating, and took a while for kids area water to be turned on. Not as big of a kid area as photos suggest.

I like that everything was interconnected such as restaurants and parking lots.
