"Non truthful"

I advise anyone staying here to ask for exact amount being charged to your credit card, including taxes. I late afternoon and asked the young lady behind the counter the charges for two (2) nights. I am 77 years old, veteran and travel alone. After looking at their computer, she said it would cost me $99.00 for both nights. I thought that was fine since I had seen the Snyder Baymont Hotel charging $50.00 per night and having good reviews as the Holiday Inn. I paid and and when I left I was given a receipt for $227.70. It was very early in the morning so I didn"t review the charges. I returned to Denver, Colorado and next morning I got on my computer and see where I am going to be charged $267.70. I was given false information, just to stay there. This also happened to my brother from Mississippi when we stayed there on another occasion. He was charged a lot more than what he was quoted. I feel like I was ripped off. I will never stay there again when visiting my extensive family. I believe this hotel should hire truthful who are incompetent . Domingo

Holiday Inn Express has become my Go-To home when I am on the road, and this recent trip 4/24 - 5/4 was no exception. ALWAYS constant, 4 pillows on each bed, 2 soft, 2 firm, delightful, restful mattress and bedding. Bathtubs that are not for children only and plenty of towels, etc. Thank you to the women I met at this stay, Imelda in the dining room was exceptional Alicia, and Nialely(sp?), and Angela who greeted me at the front desk.
