Holiday Inn Express and Suites Snyder, an IHG Hotel

This is a typical Holiday Inn Express. The unforgettable part is that the construction on the main and smaller area of the 2nd floor created considerable construction and drywall dust. It attaches to everything it touches in hallways and floors. The room was just fine as well as breakfast. There was no pre-warning of construction or we would have booked elsewhere. A very disappointing experience.

The hotel was being renovated at the time we were there. We still got good service and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was nice! They were remodeling the lobby and it caused a little disruption but the rooms were excellent in the amenities as well!

The manager of the property approved 3 other guest and myself to check in a day late and thry did not honor it. All reservations had already been paid for. I ended up scrambling to find another hotel room for that night.

If you want to watch TV loud overnight, this is a dream place. If you instead want to get a sleep, look elsewhere. I woke up due to loud voice at 12am. I thought it was through the wall behind bed, but it was actually TV noise from the other side of the wall. I called front desk and asked to let my neighbor calm down. I waited for 5 minutes but it didn't stop. So I called again. Didn't stop. Every time I called, the front desk person told me she called my neighbor to lower the volume, but that's it. I asked her to come to the second floor to understand how loud it is, but she told me she is a girl and the only staff at this moment so she can't do that. And every time I called, I realized that I hear phone ring. It turned out that I am hearing my call through the floor (or wall)! The facility is that bad. On the fourth call at 12:43am, I asked when her manager will come in the next morning. She was not sure but gave me an estimate. After I hung up, I hear the phone ring in my neighbor's room, and then TV was turned off. Oh, did I write that I found ants in the bathtub and linens?

Like the property. Cleanness and breakfast.

Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. We just used this hotel for a short overnight stay on our way to New Mexico.

Neglected maintenance no heat for hours this hotel does not adequately Represent the brand . Tired old and bare

The hotel was super clean. I’m extremely happy I stayed there. The hotel also offered breakfast and dinner.
