床鋪的軟硬度適中，地點非常棒，大廳的服務人員也很親切。聽起來門的隔音效果並不是特別好，但整體環境還算寧靜。大廳有保險櫃，飯店建議貴重物品寄放在大廳保險櫃，鑰匙由自己保管，所以還算放心。但是不能放在自己房間內仍是略為可惜。

剛到的時候沒有熱水，7晚中只有最後2晚才有熱水。不過看起來確實不是小問題，所以飯店花了一點時間處理也在情理之中，只能說運氣不好。 最後一天的時候，家人洗澡前有確認鎖門，但服務人員卻還是能進來，這點非常令人困惑。理論上無論如何他都不能進來才對。

Really solid hotel, comfortable, big rooms, and could have easily stayed longer. I was there for the snooker, but I regularly travel for business and that's exactly the type of room you'd want. Good for both though and good value for money.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Clean room and public areas. Good air conditioning. Relaxing atmosphere. Bar staff loaned us a bucket of ice for our room. Felt safe and secure. Fair price.

Noise of lifts in our room & next doors tv. No luggage rack for unpacking suitcase. Small bathroom. No fridge in room. Missing curtain hook causing piercing chink of light above curtain.
