"Disappointed"

Location good - walking distance to train station and the city centre.

No hot water for shower that day. The toilet flushing is no good. Not worth 4 stars. Nothing to eat at the bar at night time even came during World Cup.

"Horrible stay"

I went to the hotel due to the hot wave looking for Aircondetioned place jut to be shocked that the AC is set for certain temperature and I can't even control the temperature of my room. In addition to this after mid night the AC started dripping which kept going till the moment I left the hotel and I had a flight after this. I was very clear with the reception that I need a room with an AC that is working and he confirmed everything is fine. I felt dishonesty in treating me .sheets are very rough it was hard to sleep because of that.

"Good location and nice breakfast."

The hotel was very conveniently located for the city centre and the University. The breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately there was no hot water when we stayed, but we were compensated for this.

"Surprisingly good and great value for money"

Room was great. Breakfast excellent. Hotel was more like a Hilton, but more luxurious. Location is good for access to the town and University.

Hot water was off at the time. Car parking isnt convenient and cost £11 overnight.
