"A convenient hotel close to the heart of the city"

A great room in a great location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the hotel itself was very nice. Breakfast was very good .

There was a problem with the hot water while we were there but the staff made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Service was ok. Breakfast was adequate. Reception staff were very good, allowing me to use the service lift to the underground carpark as it was a bit of a walk otherwise as I have recently had my right knee replaced and using a crutch to walk.

The fact that the hotel had a boiler problem and had no hot water (that was a negative)but they gave a room cost refund and gave us free car parking (that was a positive).
