The team were great and always happy to help. The hotel bar was very nice and very reasonably priced.

The hot water was rusty brown on the first day, where I was told it was a Yorkshire Water issue, they were aware and it is perfectly safe. What was confusing was that the cold water was fine.. so I don't think it is a Yorkshire Water issue on the main supply. On the second day, there was no hot water at all and I was told it was broken. The inconsistent information was frustrating and I wish I was told the truth as clearly the hot water system was broken. I was told "We could refund you if you no longer want to stay", which puts me in a difficult position of finding a hotel last minute and I couldn't find availability at 4pm. The carpet in my room was pretty poor and covered in stains. The air conditioning was also temperamental and the system looked very old. This hotel needs renovating in multiple ways.

Well situated close to the train station and my condense venue. Lots of shops around the hotel. The location is excellent.

My bedsheets were not changed after the 1st night and there were some satins on it. Also the hot water broke and I had to shower with cold water for 2 days. The management tried to fix it but not during my stay. The receptionist was not always available to pick up their phone. Called a couple of times and got no response.

There was no hot water for our stay which was inconvenient, but the staff were very nice and other than that every was great.

No hot water at all. Was only told at check in. Was given vouchers at the bar for a free coffee but the coffee machine was broken!
