Leonardo Hotel Sheffield

Turned on the tap and shower to find brown water. Room in phone didn’t work to ring reception about it. When we got reception eventually they said “oh yes you can shower in it just don’t drink it” and told us to come down to reception to buy water which was 3 pounds. Reception staff were rude. The following day the hot water was gone and remained gone for the rest of our stay. They told us they would see if they could give us a discount for one night of the stay because of this but this has still not happened. The room was not very clean when we arrived. Cleaning did not see to happen until late (3-4 o clock) but on the day we were checking out someone walked into our room while we were asleep to “clean” at 10am. No water in the room when we arrived, only one roll of toilet roll, no fridge, no safe, no bin.
