Friendly hosts, everything I needed, great breakfast and comfortable room absolutely spotless.

Very good hosts made you feel welcome. Good breakfast and wifi in my room, not like big hotels where you have to go to reception for it . Will definitely be staying with them again.

We had a large room with a superking bed that was comfortable. The en-suite was also a decent size which isn’t normally the case with a b&b. The accommodation was extremely clean. We received a warm welcome from the owners and the breakfast was nice 👍🏼. Location is not central but walkable, there is a tram stop at the bottom of the road, as it was a cold weekend we travelled on on the tram a lot, an all day ticket cost us £5 each when booked on the app. We would definitely stay again when we next visit blackpool.

The room could have done with blackout curtains or a blind. The curtains did not cover the whole of the window. We would have liked to have controlled the room temperature ourselves as it was quite cold at times. Would have liked a fruit option at breakfast as not keen on cereal. These are minor niggles that would not put us off staying again.

Excellent full English breakfast with separate meal cooked for the small children. Room very comfortable and quiet.

Difficult to think of something. Perhaps body wash in the toiletries?

This place was excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. What really impressed me was how clean everything was. It was spotless, with attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of street parking.

Men out the back were erecting scaffold up on another property. They were noisy, but this couldn't be helped.
