"Amazing place"

The friendly warm welcome from hosts, polite and chatty with whole family. Breakfast hot and fresh defo a bonus. Parking outside helps a lot. All facilities good.

Not really a moan but bathroom a little small for a family room but still useable. Not a huge amount of space but amazing for a whole family in 1 room.

No real issues, if i was being picky, the location is a wee bit out of the way, however a tram stop at the bottom of the street

"Would try find somewhere closer for next year to venue but clean and cheap and cheerful"

Was cheap

All doors were a nightmare also didnt like the fact i had to find a cash point to take money out for a deposit. Hardly anyone carries cash anymore and I just didn't understand it as i booked through booking.com so bank details should have been enough
