Breakfast great good choices nicely cooked and presented good location even without a car tram and bus stops end of the road 2mins walk to go either way was a quiet area no noise at night

The stairs were steep but this only applies to me with my mobility

We had an amazing weekend stay. Owners are lovely people. Nice breakfast and rooms very clean. We will definitely be back again.

The property was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the shower was nice and warm. The breakfast was lovely and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

pool of water on arrival in bathroom, flakes of paint from ceiling on bedhead, asked for them to be sorted as we didn't want to loose our damage deposit for some thing we hadn't done. stayed in room approx 5 mins to unpack then went to enjoy blackpool. Got back to room after 7pm, room was freezing, tuned heating up. towel was in poor condition with dried toothpaste, soap or something. asked for it to be changed as was dirty. room didn't get any warmer so went to see owner who explained that the heating was already off, explained room was freezing, so she shouted at me and said she would turn it back on. Didn't get any warmer, but her son came to ask if everything was ok. Explained it wasn't getting any warmer, too cold to get undressed to go in shower even. He said it was 'fine' several times. As he was only 14 I asked for a responsible adult to come up to readdress the problem. Owner came up with franco on phone. Room was still freezing and we were thinking of leaving as nothing positive was happening. Franco was very understanding and said we could check out and he would refund us and not to forget to collect the damage deposit The guest house was due to undergo a refurbishment and the heating may be problematic.

The room was very clean and just as we expected. The landlady was friendly and looked after us nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure that every was ok. Checking we had everything we needed and that the room was warm enough. There was a full English breakfast which was cooked to order, served piping hot . Excellent service .

Was thoroughly impressed with the SunnyDale in Blackpool. The price was very reasonable for our two night stay. Beautifully kept house a credit to the owners who made us feel very welcome. The Full English Breakfast was perfect just enough and immaculately presented with all the extras Fruit juice and cereals included. Our accomadation was very cosy & warm with private shower, TV, Dressing Table all on suite. Would definitely book them again next time we are thinking about staying in Blackpool. Franco & his wife was the perfect hosts and we enjoyed our time chatting putting the world to rights. Thanks from Rob & Michelle
