Location was very good, across the road from the railway station.

The rooms are a bit on the small side as is the en-suite bathroom.

This is our second stay here. Good location. Fantastic management and staff. What a cheerful breakfast! Nothing was too much trouble. Very traditional British breakfast with a willingness to accommodate needs as best they could. Kindly stored our luggage for us. We asked for a quiet room - Room 6 is quiet - twin beds. The property was being painted when we arrived - nice to see upkeep taking place.

That the management don't read reviews!! My last review noted the broken lamp shades beside our beds. On our second visit - same lamp shades in the same room - still broken !! Come on guys - you have a great business here - up your game!
