Love Farms Lodge

We liked that the rooms were very clean and remodeled recently .The pool and the grounds were very nice.

You can't change the location, but the location wasn't very appealing, and there's not much in the local vicinity, but certainly within driving distance. (Restaurants, entertainment, etc.)

The rooms were nice and modern. I liked the sheets.

We were in room number 8 on the first floor right next to the entrance to the pool. The pool gate is so loud and heavy and opened and closed many times with a loud bang. Also the wall and ceiling are thin. You can hear conversations and walking/ moving furniture. We were attending a wedding. The shuttle needs to run more often . We drove our car to the PH each day which we were not expecting to.

Property was very clean and nicely remodeled rooms were clean outdoor pool is in backyard setting very nice. Went to dinner at pelham sister property one of the best dinners I have had on the cape gone to most of them.

Lobby hours are a bit off no management there I think after 11pm. Lobby could use some amenities, parking lot a bit small

Hotel was recently remodeled. Pool area was very nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Used the main Pelham House Resort beach which was very nice. There is a shuttle that runs from hotel to main resort.

Outside sitting area near pool closed at 8:00 so there was nowhere to sit and have a drink or chat. Understandable though since they’re were lovely rooms overlooking pool area.

Great rooms - nicely appointed and comfortable beds

The hotel was recently completely renovated and it shows. It's really clean, bright and adorable. Our room was very comfortable and we loved having a refrigerator and microwave (though some basic utensils and plates/bowls would be welcome). The pool area is really pretty and the pool itself is fantastic: clean, not overly chlorinated, and a great temperature. The staff is friendly and responsive, especially to texts which made things really easy. And the free shuttle service to the other Pelham properties was the icing on the cake. The driver was so friendly and helpful and you never had to wait more than a few minutes. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go from the location, even though the hotel itself wasn't in an especially walkable area.

Our bed for some reason was really squeaky. We'd wake each other up when we rolled over. Can't think of any other negatives.
