the neighboring properties tend to detract from the view out back which looks great even on a rainy days

The bed was comfy, the linens were very nice, the pool was awesome and we used every day after riding rail trail. Shuttle to Pelham Resort a nice bonus!

Noisy and lots of kids on weekend.

"quick cape weekend stay. Pelham house is nice . wasn’t happy with the lack of soundproofing."
