Guests with children must inform the property at time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying with you and their respective ages in the special request box. A free shuttle bus is available between JR Ibusuki Station to Ibusuki Hakusuikan during the following times: From Ibusuki Hakusuikan to JR Ibusuki Station at10:10, From JR Ibusuki Station to Ibusuki Hakusuikan at 15:15(JR Ibusuki Station West Exit) The indoor hot-spring bath is available from 05:30-09:30 and 15:00-24:00. The Sunamushi Sand Bath is available from 06:00-08:30 and 15:30-22:00. As of 01 April 2020, this property will become a nonsmoking property. A designated smoking area will be available.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
