"I think when the upgrade is done it will look good, I'm excited to see the new outcome"

The new owner is very kind and is making new adjustments. It's already improved since our last stay in February. Dog-friendly, with a $30 cleaning fee. Small breakfast option, but they're working on it.

The people above us were stomping around and banging things; we didn't get a good night's rest. If that had not been an issue, everything would have been fine. The back door didn't lock, and anyone could come in.

It was near the gas station. I didn’t have to start the car to go anywhere

I had no problem with the property at all. And packed I’m gonna stay at there again.

Great little motel. Nice, clean, rooms with an excellent staff that goes away above and beyond to make you feel special and cared for during your stay. It's next to impossible to find a gem like the lone tree. And the icing on the cake? The price!! Clean, comfortable rooms, per friendly, free WiFi, ice and vending, located in the heart is town for less than 100 a night! Can't say enough good things. I will stay there every time I'm in town and I'll brag them up to whomever will listen.
