The housekeeper, the only person that we encountered as an employee of the Lone Tree, was incredible, she gave us the extra towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, The room was missing, and she made us feel welcome. The other person we knew was an employee of the Lone Tree. Was working in the office? She was lying on the sofa in their entryway on a personal phone call she did not get up or it off the phone when I asked a question.

It seems in the last year the Lone Tree has taken on more long-term rentals, so it definitely had the vibe somewhere between a halfway house and a homeless shelter, the odor in the hallway was atrocious. Though our room was clean, many of the facilities were worn out and in need of repair. The exterior was not clean. The hallways were not clean. There were multiple large dogs and the barking was non-stop. We have stayed at the Lone Tree for a couple of years in a row now. But this will be our last year. Tj, at the Best Western next door has always checked us in when we arrived at the Lone Tree and he is fantastic and we'll be staying with him on our next trip to Sidney.

Outlets inaccessible and not working. Lamps and lights broken, not working. Dogs barking at all hours. A dog fight in hallway outside our door. Told desk would be staffed 4-10 every day. Never saw anyone in three days. Beds rock hard! This is an absolute disaster….a danger to folks staying there. BEWARE!

Room was ok toilet handle was broken room smelled hole hotel did I got a thats where the drugs and drunks stayed

Toke forever to check in no staff and she was kinda rude when she showed up.
