Shabby (not chic) room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with cologne. Front desk wasn't helpful. Chair was ratty and dirty. Awful experience. No ice machine. Pool closed. Road construction nearby makes it inconvenient. Regret staying there. More like a Motel 6.

Place looked fancy on the outside

Everything seemed ok on the surface. Floors were wet and lobby smelled a little damp. Some light mold in the shower caulking. Bathroom door and entry door could not be opened or left open at the same time without banging into each other. The luggage carts were difficult to maneuver, bad triangular design. Staff were really busy on their cell phones rather than us. I will likely not stay there again with a Marriott right next door.

The room had a very foul smell. The shower was so dirty. The ledge where you place your foot caused me to fall because it was only attached by caulking.

This hotel over booked my stay and left my family stranded and we had to drive to Longview tx to lay our heads down at 2am.. I don’t recommend this hotel or management

It was Amazing but need free breakfast tho and need the indoor pool to be ready , buffet need to be a lil cheaper and the outdoor pool can be a lil deeper as well and the rooms can be more colder and and the snacks can cheaper too but all together it’s was great
