"Great place on the beach."

Staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They had great suggestions and made our time staying there great. The rooms all have balconies or patios with hammocks to watch the ocean from.

overall good. felt a bit trapped w/distance from town and tourist pricing on golf carts and food. housekeeping staff was awesome. offseason so very quiet. we were very disappointed that our room air conditioning was broken when we arrived and we had to stay in a lesser room 2 nights to get it fixed. It was the weekend and I understand that but, the room was empty and should have been fixed before we arrived.

"Great rooms poor maintenance"

Very nice location. Quiet and good beach. Buildings and rooms are very large with great kitchens. There is a problem with maintenance. Leaking showers and towel bar racks falling off. Loose hanging outlets on the deck. When we asked for some repair they came but really did not fix anything showers still leaked all over the floor and towel bar fell back off.
