Although mentioned on website we expect room quite so small and very limited space to put a bag or place soft furnishings

The bedding was unclean on both beds. We sent photos to the host. Host and cleaner both denied the obvious uncleanliness. There was a very obviously broken bedside lamp propped up on the bedside table, impossible to miss. The cleaning lady walked in on me without knocking well before check out time while I was dressing. I chose to address these issues directly with the host rather than do anything public, but she denied everything and implied that we somehow caused these problems. The cleaning lady even apologized for not knocking - but the host stated that this was impossible and “she would never do this.” I went out of my way to give a thoughtful, private text so the host could address the issues, but when she implied that all the issues were somehow ours, the guests - that was a bridge too far.

They cancelled property on arrival and was very rude and abrupt so we didn't get to stay or review what the room was like.

The owners went beyond there means to get me flowers and prosecco for my girlfriend in secret and couldn't of done a better job absoluty amazing place and thank you
