Room and furniture look quite new. Location is good. Although there is no lift, the staff is quite helpful with the luggage.

The accommodations were Quijote cute and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean.

I had dropped something on the floor that rolled under the bed and when I went to get it, I was shocked to see how filthy it was. It looked as it no one has ever cleaned under there. Large amounts of dust/dust bunnies and left items such as socks. This in addition, to the dirty fan makes me give a fair rating. I think the facility was very nice. It just needs daily cleaning under the bed to keep from the build up that we saw. Additionally, fans need to be wiped down and filters changed. When we turned on our fan an enormous amount of partícles went into the air and they were getting into my eyes/contacts and irritated them. You don’t want to have people breathing that dust in. Hopefully this is helpful information. I think once th se things are addressed, I could most definitely recommend. Thank you.

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage, man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Fenster sind - wie in Großbritannien oft üblich - nur einfach verglast. Dementsprechend nicht schallisoliert und es zieht etwas.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu najważniejszych atrakcji Edynburga, które można spokojnie zwiedzić pieszo. Pokój klimatyczny, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Genialne instrukcje przesłane wcześniej przez personel w zakresie dojazdu z lotniska, przechowania bagażu, zameldowania. Tak precyzyjne informacje to rzadkość - brawo!!!

Niestety pomimo informacji o ciszy nocnej w określonych godzinach inni goście nie potrafią tego uszanować nawet w godz. 2.00-3.00. Drzwi do pokoju nie są wygłuszające. Obiekt poleca na śniadania restaurację Rabble - byliśmy dwukrotnie i nie polecam. Na śniadania sugeruję wybrać znajdujące się równie blisko - Greenwoods Edinburgh. Przemiły personel i świetne śniadania.
