Very central location

The room is next to Frederick Street which is a very busy street for coaches and buses all day long abd the soundproofing is very pool which could be a challenge for someone is sensitive to sounds. Also, the curtain cannot be 100% blackout as there is always a gap somewhere.

Very hot Rooms on the front of property were noisy Lots of stairs Blood on mattress protector which you could see through the sheet - really should have been washed before putting another guest to sleep there Incredibly expensive for the accommodation offered.

The room was spacious, clean, and in a great location. I also appreciated that each room had its own access code, which made check-in easy and secure. A special thank you to the staff who kindly helped carry two large suitcases up to the room.

The main downside was the number of stairs. I stayed in Room 2 and had to walk up and down several flights of stairs, which was quite inconvenient with two large luggages. It should be better if more hooks or storage areas for clothes and personal belongings provided in the room.

Zaten su da yoktu sordugumuzda ortak alandan icebilirsiniz ama odaya götüremezsiniz isterseniz marketten alın suyu dediler. Su koyulmamasını asla anlayamıyorum. Oda soguktu bi yerlerden sürekli soguk geliyodu ısıtıcı vardı ama calısmıyodu. Hic güleryüzle karsılasmadık. Konaklama boyunca sürekli kendimizi rahatsız hissettik otelin içinde dolaşırken. Tütün ürünleri tüketilmesi konusunda da çok çok katılar. Oldukca ters ve sert bir sekilde uyarıldık. Bence sadece konumu için tutarsanız tutun onun dısında asla tutmayın.

Gorgeous design! Loved the colors of the room. The location was excellent. Walking distance from old town, the castle, and other monuments. There’s tons of shopping and restaurants around the property. It was very clean and spacious. We rented the room with the king bed and two queens bed separated. We had such a lovely time in Edinburgh, and this accommodations was one of the reason.

Friendly and accommodating staff and a great location!
