Bra läge, enkelt att självständigt ta sig in i rummet med kod. Fräsch inredning och välstädat Det finns ett jättefint vardagsrum för alla gäster som vi uppskattade mycket. Vi fick tydlig info om incheckning, koder och förvaring av väskor mm

Duschen var sned, så lite krångligt. Vi sov en natt I ett standardrum med toa I korridoren, det var bra att ha egen toa men krångligt med lång kod när man skulle gå på kvällen/natten. Vi sov därefter 4 nätter i seperior rum,där var toa på rummet. Rummet var lyhört, både från gatan och från korridoren. Det saknades effektiv mörkläggninsgardin. Det hade varit bra med ett litet kylskåp.

The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed.

Although the cleanliness was generally good, there is room for improvement i.e. the skirting board behind the bedside tables, the track for the windows (This is knit picking and didn't distract from my stay)

The room and bathroom were immaculately clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Frederick St is ideal for the visitor to Edinburgh. It's relatively quiet away from Princes Street and the Old Town, yet an easy walk to all the places of interest as well as an excellent choice of restaurants.

There's no getting away from the fact that buildings like this have steep stairs and no lift. We were in the attic apartment on the top (4th) floor too. There's also a constant low level noise running through the apartment 24/7 which comes from the air extractor vents of a nearby building. This can be reduced by closing the bathroom window and door, but never goes away. I also didn't like the fire alarm monitor in the bedroom as the light from it disturbed my sleep. Unlike the stairs and the external sounds, this could be moved.

Good location - lovely room

Noisy - doors banging from the halllway all night - soft close hinge would have worked wonders. Tv was really frustrating - wanted to watch main stream uk tv but had to negotiate numerous logins to get there.

Honestly super spacious room, tidy and very clean! The bed mattress was perfection and we needed the rest! Bathroom was great too and there were plenty of amenities, very satisfactory tea and coffee station! Would easily return to the same property in the future!

Noise from the corridor and the other rooms could reach our room but it’s understandable when the building is old. Still satisfied with the whole experience!

Nagyon jó helyen van, tiszta, az ágy kényelmes, a párnák szuperek.

Tudom, hogy régi épület, azonban az ablak üveg nagyon vékony, illetve a fa keret és a belső ablak fülke fa burkolata csúnyán vetemedik, ami nem szép látvány, egy javítás ráférne, főleg, hogy delux szoba, és azért nem olcsó szállás. Ami zavaró, hogy a szomszédos épuletnél minden este 10 óra körül, de volt, hogy később is üvegeket szornak a kukába, ami nagyon zajos, főleg, hogy az ablak üveg nagyon vékony, semmi hangszigetelés nincs. Éppen ezért az utcáról minden más zaj is jól hallható, két alkalommal is részegek üvöltözését hallgattuk éjszaka. A zöld ajtó, ahol a szobákhoz lépünk be nagyon hangosan csapódik be, a "kedves" vendégek pedig nincsenek tekintettel a másikra, így este es reggel az sem volt kellemes.

Everything! The location was central to everywhere that we wanted to walk to yet quiet, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable.
