OYO Pier Hotel Rhyl

Friendly clean loved the room nothing to much trouble for the staff mangers I would go bk to the oyo hotel

Had a great stay room was very clean everything we needed for an overnight stay. The floorboards creaked but they are old buildings. Will definitely stay continental breakfast was very good the 2 girls cleared you table too quick before we had finished eating.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was full of cold when I arrived and the manager kept bringing out a hot lemon drink for me at breakfast,he told me that when I came back in the evening he would make me another if I needed it. This I thought was excellent customer service and all the rooms were lovely and warm. We would come again.

Cannot praise this hotel enough! The room was warm clean and comfortable, fridge in room which was really handy, tv was quite small but I guess we are all getting used to 42 inch and bigger screens 😁. Wayne checked us in and told us all we needed to know. Breakfast was great, plenty choice and excellent service from both the lads and the girls. I forget the other lads name but I am sure he will remember me calling him Tiny Tim lol (the one that does the prank phone calls) had lovely conversations and laughs with the lads. Absolute gem of a place and would highly recommend. Just a pity the neighbours rubbish brought down the tone of the area! Shame on you Rhyl council ☹

I have read all the reviews and agree with a lot that has been said. Wayne and Will friendly and good hosts. My room was comfortable with a lovely view over the sea front. Unfortunately it was also over the bar and very noisy . One 2 occasions I had to get up and get dressed to go downstairs and ask for the music to be turned down! On the second occasion a fellow guest got quite aggressive with me and suggested I was spoiling his night ( it was 11 p.m) and I should change my room or put ear plugs in !!!! Will was apologetic the next morning but it really spoilt my stay so will not be returning

Excellent service.... AS ALWAYS. Wayne is just the most caring host, nothing is any trouble for him, Staff super friendly, 5+ Breakfast, great choice of food. Room was as comfortable as you could wish for (cosy). Stayed before & will be back. Joe.

Fabulous girlie weekend spent in Rhyl at OYO The Pier Hotel. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I Will not stay anywhere else from now on! 🤩 All the staff were fabulous and so down to earth, with the guests-best-interests at heart. 💜 Clean, Tidy and well equipt rooms with everything you need. (hair dryer, iron, kettle, teas&coffees.) 👍🏻 Breakfast was lush!
