Friendly and welcoming staff, clean room. I like the fact you can open the windows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Comfortable bed, room a good temperature, generous breakfast buffet, gluten free options for people with coeliac disease, nice bar area, very close to town, good for university, short walk from station. I would certainly recommend and stay here again.

I'd prefer an actual shower rather than one where you have to climb into the bath.

Lovely twin room, plenty of space and smart decor. Really nice hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The WiFi in the room was a bit patchy, but a chat with reception sorted the issue.
